Dragons’ Den is teaching a free master class on pitching your business ideas. Get business tips from them and ask questions directly to the Dragons, some of the most successful business experts and sharpest investors in business today.
So many people let opportunities slip right through their fingers because they have a bad pitch or don’t have the slightest idea how to pitch at all. The ones who have a good pitch usually walk away from a meeting with people interested in their business ideas, and with potential backers and investors. That’s literally the entire concept of the CBC’s long-running TV show Dragons’ Den.
If you want to learn how to start or grow your business, you need to know how to get others to help you and support you. You need to tell potential supporters and financiers what your business is about, why it’s a good business concept, why they should invest in you and how your idea will make a profit.
To enter a room full of Dragons, you have to be prepared or expect to walk away without a deal. In Master Class: Pitching 101, they’ll share their expertise with you to help you succeed. They are experts in tech, marketing, investing, film, brewing, travel and tourism, and spotting the perfect business pitch.
The Dragons who put their own money on the line to invest in entrepreneurs are: Michele Romanow, co-founder of Clearbanc; Manjit Minhas, co-founder of Minhas Breweries; Wes Hall, owner of Harbor Club, Curio Collection by Hilton; Vincenzo Guzzo, president and CEO of Cinémas Guzzo; and Arlene Dickinson, creator of the Venturepark business growth ecosystem.
The Dragons will give useful business tips and answer questions from those online in real time as they prepare to enter season 17 of Dragons’ Den.
