  • Texas Job Creators Quest Grant – Must be located in the North, Central or South Texas regions and have a current staff of 2-20 employees. Must be a for-profit company with annual revenues between $100K and $3 million.  Founder must identify as: Latinx, Black, Asian, Women, LGBTQIA+, Military Veteran, or located in a Low to Moderate Income area.   • Dulles Minority Small Business Owner Grant – The Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce Minority Small Business Owner Grant program was established to assist minority and women owned small businesses in Fairfax and Loudoun counties in Virginia, to foster an inclusive culture of encouragement, as well as offer financial support.
