Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum and Memorial Park in downtown Accra is home to bronze statues, tree-lined fountains, colourful peacocks, rare birds and a monumental marble mausoleum memorializing Ghana’s first president Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. Overflowing with nature, the park is a quiet retreat right in the heart of downtown Accra.
