Official ‘Thank You Party’ for NBA Champion Fred VanVleet following Toronto Caribbean parade

NBA Superstars LeBron James and Fred VanVleet host Toronto Caribbean Carnival kickoff events featuring rapper Da Baby, DJ WhooKid and Saroya Tinker during Toronto Caribbean Carnival weekend and on parade day, Aug. 5.

Superstar athlete LeBron James along with former Raptors Champion Fred VanVleet just can’t seem to get enough of Toronto being spotted in Yorkville last summer and hosing at least one party in the downtown area. We told you about Summer Breeze and Daylight events last year in Core Magazines, hosted by James and Andrew Wiggins.

Following the Toronto Caribbean Carnival Grand Parade on Saturday, festival-goers can continue the celebration at Daylight, returning to the iconic Cabana Pool Bar as the Official Thank You Party for NBA Champion Fred VanVleet.

Now in its seventh year, the highly anticipated event Daylight has earned widespread acclaim for its star-studded lineups. This event will be the climax of the weekend featuring rapper Da Baby, alongside NBA Champion and All-Star Fred VanVleet, with special guest appearances from DJ WhooKid, and Saroya Tinker, a Canadian hockey professional currently playing for the Toronto Six of the Premier Hockey Federation.

Both Summer Breeze and Daylight events offer a luxurious carnival experience for festival-goers, complemented by Lobos 1707 tequila — LeBron is part owner of this award-winning brand — and an all-star celebrity lineup. These events have garnered international attention and have become synonymous with the energy, spirit, and essence of the Toronto Caribbean Carnival long weekend.

James hosted yesterday’s Summer Breeze party at Lavelle. It’s very likely that he’ll be at this event too. Cabana is on the CNE grounds near the Dufferin Gates entrance, very close to Caribana Central and the Grand Parade route.
