Ohio Players and Parliament-Funkadelic star, and Cincinnati native, the legendary Bootsy Collins will be performing a four-minute set at Halftime at the Cincinnati and Baltimore playoff game on Sunday January 15 at Paycor Stadium in Ohio.

Ohio Players are best known for their songs Fire, Love Rollercoaster and Skin Tight – just a few of their 17 top 40 hits released in the 1970s and a sampling from their three platinum and five gold albums.

Their music is rooted in popular culture, from McDonald’s commercials to The Sopranos,  Hell’s Kitchen, and Guardians of the Galaxy. Ohio Players were inducted into the Rhythm and Blues Music Hall of Fame at Cleveland State University in Ohio in 2013.

Currently, the band consists of four original members from the 70s line-up who were responsible for all those hits: James “Diamond” Williams (Drums), Billy Beck (Keyboard), Clarence Willis (Lead Guitar), and Robert Kuumba (Percussion).
